All classes and examinations will be suspended in case of typhoon or rainstorm

The following arrangements will be made when the No. 8 (or above) tropical cyclone warning signal is hoisted.
1.Classes and exams that have not yet started
a. If the No. 8 (or above) tropical cyclone warning signal is still hoisted at or after 7:00 a.m., all classes and exams on that day will be automatically cancelled.
b. If the No. 8 (or above) tropical cyclone warning signal is hoisted at or after 3pm, all classes and exams that begin at or after 6pm on that evening will be automatically cancelled.
2. Classes and exams that have already started
a. All ongoing classes will be stopped immediately when the No. 8 (or above) tropical cyclone warning signal is hoisted, and all exams will continue. If the relevant exam is cancelled, the college will arrange for a rescheduled exam and notify candidates as soon as possible. Students should proactively contact the college and obtain the latest information.

(Ⅱ)If the College has not issued a notice of cancellation or rescheduling when the No. 3 tropical cyclone warning signal is hoisted, all classes and exams will continue.

(III) When the black rainstorm warning signal takes effect, the following arrangements will be made.
1. If the black rainstorm signal is still maintained at 9:30 am, the whole day classes and examinations will be cancelled automatically.
2. If the black rainstorm signal still takes effect before 5:30 p.m., the class in the evening will be cancelled automatically, and the lecturer will arrange additional remedial lessons at his discretion. If there is an exam, it will be rescheduled.
3. If there are special circumstances, the college will announce them separately. Students should actively contact the college to obtain the latest class or exam information.
